Effect：

Ask a spectator to choose a card from a deck, tear it into four corners and keep it in his pocket as the evidence. Then tell to a spectator;

“Have you ever seen a card illusion in which ripped pieces restored themselves to a whole card? Today I’ll show it to you”.

Come close to the window to tell;

“To perform this magic I’m going to use this pale of glass. I’ll attach each corner to the glass and realize the restoration.”

To hear the magician’s explanation, a spectator gives a wry smile. Because he thinks this way is just normal. It’s not the magic, is it?

Still you declare seriously;

“Anyway I’m going to perform this effect. Please enjoy it.”

You open the window and attach one of the torn corners on the glass from behind, and lock the window to close.

“Now nobody, even me can reach that corner. Doesn’t this make the restoration more difficult?

But for the spectator nothing has changed, and he is puzzled.

The magician doesn’t care about anything and begins to attach one of the remained corners next to the attached corner from behind, on the glass. Then he attaches the last corner. Three pieces should be put together as a part of a whole card.

The magician shows his hands, palm and back are empty.

Now three pieces are put together on the glass and one more piece is remained in the spectator’s pocket. The magician says;

“As you know, you have the last piece. Could you help me to complete?”

The spectator will answer somewhat puzzled;

“No problem!”

But…

As the spectator comes close to the window to attach that piece, he fines it’s impossible.

“What’s on earth?” he is almost in a panic!

Because all pieces but the remained in his hand are attached from behind the glass.

Who could believe it?

Then the magician asks him to open the window to remove those pieces from the behind.

The spectator starts to do what he is asked. Now he is fall in a panic once again!

He recognizes not only those two pieces were penetrated but three pieces were not torn!

The spectator tries to study inquisitively the both sides only to find it is just a regular card which one corner is missing. Then the magician asks him to put the corner remained in his pocket.

As you guess, this makes a whole card.

The spectator will not forget this incredible moment.
